At GORAL, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every pair of shoes and accessory purchased from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original GORAL box and ensure all protective tissue and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
